i am going for the cheep td04 set up too mate

the best thing would to weld a piece of pipe on to the td04 oil drain pipe to take it from 16mm to 19mm and then you just get a 19mm id 90* silicone pipe if you want u will upload a pic of mine?

that sounds right lads, i welded and 19mm piece of pipe on to the td04 drain pipe and got a 19mm id 90% bend silicone pipe.

i have a jaspeed on my ep82 i am putting my td08 kit together very soon, i was thinking of cutting out the center box but i dont know if the td04 will make it alot louder? anyone cut out the center box of a japspeed of blitz nur spec-r?? Cheers Mark

i got my quad light around may this year, i at first wanted a white glanza but i found this in the paper and though it would be worth looking into. so i made the trip from my town to elgin to see the car. i payed £2000 for it it was a little bit expensive but it was in good condition and the interior was mint. and it had full tax and mot. the first night i took the car out i was racing a 106 sxi with a gti engine and won... the next week i raced a saxo vtr and won and i started to really like the car lol. this was how it was when i got the car. after a few weeks i started looking into so

next on the shopping list is a ct9 hybrid so i will have a look at my funds and find out if i can order one next week maybe

cam skill is the best price i have seen! £280 with P+P, they are not too loud in my opinion but it comes with a removable baffle if it is too loud

ok wont be this weekend tho as i have to weld up my manifold... it cracked again!

i got a kit from ebay last week hb3 9006, very easy to fit mate! it was only £35 with p+p

thanks for the comments, i have left the plate long enough so that i can cut and shape it to seal... but i have never tryd this before so i will see how it goes

next on the list is hids, change the rocker cover breather, look into getting a cage, coilovers... just wish i had more money to get the build moving faster

i dont think that all of you guys have a tig welder sitting around but thought that i would share woth you guys how i made my screamer pipe. i started off with a autobahn88 de-cat pipe from *Johnboy GT* for a good price, 1. i cut out the side part of the decat that would expose the internal wastegate. 2. then you have to separate the de-cat pipe from the screamer pipe with a piece of stainless. as you can see i left the piece of plate long (facing into the turbo housing as i am going to cut and shape it to get a good fit in between the exhaust turbine and the wastegate).

it should not affect it as the exhaust gasses are all coming from the same place so both should give the same reading i think... i hope lol

i had one too mine was not loud at all and it fell apart (was very old) a got a longlife one made up 2.5" cat back and just one box it it was only a little bit louder mate. so a wast of £276... so i got a japspeed from cam skill and it is miles better and louder

i am going to do this soon i did it to my citroen c2 gt and when i wrapped the manifold it popped alot better letting off at 70, but i am going on ebay now and goign to buy a roll lol and i will say to use jubilee clips as the stainless ties are good but jubilee clips have a better hold

i had a hole on my intercooler pipe as it was touching the gear box i think, just get it tig welded a very easy job mate (if you know someone) just a 5 min job i had no clue that there was a hole but when i got it fixd it made a big deffrence
