Well basically i know my clutch needs to be replaced soon, i can pull away in 5th gear at 2k rpm and it doesnt even want to stall lol... but the other day i had 5 people in the car with a full boot, and the exhaust note of my car changed... it went really deep almost like a scooby... its not the first time its happened and my brother inlaw who was in the car, also noticed how loud the car was and deep... do you think its clutch realted? its really wierd as i got everyone out drove off and it was back to normal again

OEM means orginal equiptment manufactured... aka toyota... i dont know about if there are any aftermarket ones, but im quite sure there isnt, just get an OEM one
