exactly what happnened to mine dude, i was on launch control when a rod let go, lesson leared really so if ya want to use launch control on the odd occassional go forged mate, standard rods just cant cope with the stress of launch control! Mike.

ha ive tried to kid myself thats it not worth it, but the more i think about it, the more i want to find a ek with a k20 conversion! i seen a clean looking one at pod, there serious cars, that get alot of attention!

im thinking more of the ek shape bud! seen a few k20 eks at japshow and fell in love with them!
