its the long route to the turbo, rather than if your hot pipe was going the oposite way it would be short route a more direct route to the turbo

I bought a grounding kit which has 6 grounding wires do i use all these ? And where are all these going ??? It has a L shaped mounting bracket for the battery so do i take the stock one off if i do this how do i mount the L shaped bracket any help would be great thanks

the diagram is of the ecu side meaning its the female end or the ecu showing what the male plug plugs into its a guide to show you corrisponding pins so obvously you would wire it from the back as this would be how it plugs into the ecu but i can see how you think it meant something else
