    if you zoom in to front mounted bolts that hold on bumper there are missing hence why the bumper is hanging down a little

    if your referring to the spline yes it is a direct replacement to the stock bolts

    stock bolts are around the 40mm mark buddy and you can safely run about 5mm spacers, so you will be fine running 20mm on these
