Yeah dude. I did this on my 85 as to be able to have GT seats which still bolt to the 85 floor.

Only thing is i had to rip the sides a little to access the bolts as they sit up quite high.

Bash a socket over it and undo it, it will break.

If youre changing the track rod end anyway it wont matter.

If you are putting it back on then you need a small punch to push the broken pin through.

Yeah bit too much heat in that cylinder for sure. The knock sensor was changed a couple of weeks ago. Swapping injectors aswell.
