I've not mate, what's it about?
Its about a lot of things, mainly disclosure of ETs. Its a very good watch, its on netflix, youtube, showbox etc.
You either are open minded about these things or just choose not to believe it and live in the dark.
Nothing wrong with either. Makes absolutely no difference to most peoples day to day lives whatever way you look at it.

Ever watched Unacknowledged?
-
Shyam, not enough people know about all this stuff, or dont care as they feel it doesnt directly affect them. Lot of people either live blind or with their eyes shut.
Its all very interesting indeed. Propaganda.

I currenty have a TD04 getting fitted with billet wheels at Midland, they would do the same with a TD05 i am sure.

A destroyed 2 of them at 0.6 bar. But i am a fuckin reprobate.

Get a 4efe cheap as chips and boost it. Build a spare up slowly
That is actually the best budget option, did this twice before getting a decent engine built.
-
Do you know whats wrong with your engine?
Local engine builders are the way forward dude.
The 'main starlet tuners' just dont seem that interested these days. Not just me saying that either.
And then we get onto the topic of.. you may aswell get uprated rods & pistons if youre doing a rebuild.
Which is normally met with, its too dear to do.
Standard rebuild all adds up.
I priced parts from idworkz to do a standard rebuild for another project i have.
Rings - 100
Bearings - 145
Oil pump - 80
Headbolts - 72
Headgasket - 50
Oil filter gasket - 5
Valve stem seals - 30
Belt Kit - 42
Water pump - 30
Front crank seal - 15
Rear crank seal - 25
Rocker gasket set - 23
Inlet gasket - 17
Then machine work. Expensive for a standard rebuild.
Or minus the rings.
Maxspeeding rods can be got on ebay for 200.
Be able to pick up a set of pistons for about 400.
Machine cost is roughly the same.
Just something to think about dude.

Has he left the oil in it?
If hes drained it and its been sitting for years i would be paying as little as possible.
200 quid take it or leave it bro is what id be saying.

I hate having to sell cars. And no matter how transparent you try to be, they'll always pick fault to knock money off. I must have had 12 people come to buy my glanza, and you could tell straightaway that none had any mechanical knowledge or the money to buy it. All they wanted before anything was a test drive. They didnt ask to see any paperwork or ask the right questions. It's just as much a minefield for sellers as it is buyers these days.
Well atleast this buyer seems to be doing thr right thing by asking for a bit of background and relevant info.
-
Too many tyre kickers round these days, thats what puts people off. You'll go to all the hassle of supplying all the relevant pics and paperwork, doing such tests to satisfy them. Only for the cunts to turn round and either make a daft offer or say they've seen one cheaper.
Fair point man, there is a lot of that but suppose its to be expected with all the dreamers about!
I actually hardly ever sell cars. And every time i have its been the first person to view it buys it. Been lucky.
-
Buying a starlet these days is a minefield. Too many dodgey sellers recently.
Dont be afraid to travel the distance for the right one.
If the seller is sound they should have no problem with sending you lots of detailed pics and vids.
Same with whe you go view the car, if they wont let you do a comp test or jack the car up then theyre obviously hiding something. Avoid cunts like that, plenty of these type people punting starlets off recently.
As for mechanical issues, lads have pretty much summed it up.
Gearbox syncros are something to watch out for.
An easy way to check for rust in the sills is whip of the rear inner door trim and shine a torch down. If you can see daylight then that aint good! Haha.
Also view / buy the car in the day time! I know it sounds daft but it can be very east to miss / overlook things when buying a motor when its dark and raining.
They are worth it in the end though

Got round his house and tan his shins in with a 32oz ball pein.

My AC delco 3/8" gun is pretty good aswell for anything up to a 14mm
-
I use an ingersoll rand w7000 pretty much constantly. Had it about a year and its still decent.
Could try find a 2nd hand one on gumtree, lads are always buying the latest guns.
-
Did you get anywhere with this?
-
Checked the bulb?
The sender units on these can read a bit odd at times, plus its a weird shaped fuel tank.
