This may be a stupid idea, but if they catch the arch liner could you just cut a small hole in the arch where it rubs? It may let a bit of muck in but I guess if it's only a small hole it may be ok?

I paid 165.9p for BP Ultimate a couple of weeks ago, almost had a heart attack! Put in £20 and the fuel needle did pretty much f-all

Hi all, being a new member on here, thought I'd get a few pictures of my car up. Completely standard when I bought it, plans are to tidy him up and do some of the smaller jobs for now. Hoping I'll start to have a bit more money to play with in the near future so that I can look at some of the bigger jobs (eg suspension, engine work etc). S'up all, thought I'd throw myself to the lions and introduce myself! ;) My name's Phil (as you may have guessed lol), I'm 23 and from Somerset.
