Yeah thought so about the welding. Do i literally just cut out the wheel well with a grinder then rivet an aly sheet in the hole lol? Sweet man, what about making my own? Popping out the current glass then useing them as a cut out for the poly windows (if i can get a sheet of poly).

Oh and i have a fibreglass bonnet already! PAS i will be keeping as its my daily and i have to park on the street which involves parrellel parking haha.

Im going to get 2 kirkey racing seats and for any of you who know what they are they are ally seats so stupidly light! I WELL want to cut out the spare wheel well, i don't know much about ally welding but i presume an ally sheet would have to be welded in place? Or riveted? Or can you weld aly to the chassis? Also want poly windows for the rear, how much do they cost?

Hello all, Just wanting to know if there is any weight saving scheme threads at all for an ep91? I mate did one for his b16 eg and he's gone right down to swapping electric windows for manuel, stuff like that. Or if everyone could share how they have saved weight in their glanza/starlet? So far my carpet is out and my rear seat, no spare wheel.. That's about it, but i want to go further but not sure what else i can do other than lighter seats.

Nop actuator is set to like 0.5/0.6 lol.

I saw the online manual (not sure if its different to the one you have). Ive not checked the manual to see if it says anything about the unit flashing but i will have a look. yeah 9 psi (i guess?).. Say the ibc was reading 0:00 then i boost it would go up 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 *FLASH FLASH FLASH 10 11 12 13 etc etc but after the number 9 it keeps flashing. Do i need to be worried? Remember it's not connected..

Hello all, after following on from my last thread about how to work a gizzmo b/c, i finally started to mess with buttons and i got to the gain and duty settings. When i boost, the IBC unit starts to flash when it reads over about 9 on the screen!?!?? I don't boost because obviously it's not supposed to flash, sometimes when pulling on to motorways etc you cant help it tho. Just want to know, what does it mean when it flashes!?!? It's currently dissconnected from the turbo and actuator right now so its not active. Td04 turbo by the way, stock ecu injectors and internals.
