How the heck do you remove the wheel off an ep91? the middle bit doesnt pop out in order to get to the big 19mm bolt due to the air bag im guessing, so how do i get the old one off? is it the torques screw either side??

yeah man best choice ive made! suprisingly cheap and for great benefits. It's SO much different to the ct9 turbo though man it kicks in much later and but when it DOES kick in, it's pretty brutal haha. mine is upmapped as i finished it yesterday lol. also, i thought that mesh was supposed to make your turbo spool proper loud, mines not loud AT all with mesh on :s/

hybrid or td04. Cheaper to go td04 believe it or not! I have just swapped the td04 kit on to my ep91, first drive today. I fucking LOVE it.

As you can see, the hose pipe is on the breather and on the PCV valve, so shall i take the hose off the PCV and connet it back to the inlet mani like it was before? Or shall i put a breather filter on the PCV?

Nope pcv valve is still on there matey! I didn't know that, shit. What do i replace it with? Ok fella thanks for the heads up! This is my set up;

Ive just looked on youtube at a video with similar smoke issues and the guy said. 'I installed an oil catch can, the PCV valve was stuck shut, causing the crank case pressure to push the oil back up the turbo oil return. The oil would squeeze through the turbo journal bearings and leak into the turbine houseing. Once I fixed the PCV valve, the smoke stopped' I also have recently installed ny oil catch can!! Any suggestions?

EDIT - sorry just read what you wrote. Only thing i could suggest is getting some new ones or change the order around. Does the car missfire?

Hi all, I've just td04'd my ep91 over the weekend, finished up today and fired her up and it's really smokey? It's 100% oil smoke, but it's ALOT of smoke. I have a resonator in the middle of the pipe work (blitz nur system). Could there be oil sitting in the resonator that is burning off real slowly as oil does. Fingers crossed you guys agree with me and there is oil in the pipe and soaked in to the baffles. Spoke to gtphayer earlier and he said that will be the case. And it would be worth taking the exhaust off and draining it out, shall i do so? Rob.

I should imagine so.. both look exactly the same except the fake one hasn't got some of the enscripted writing that the real one has. The covers are replacement for the orange ones buddy, so you have to unscrew your old ones and pop them off, then screw in the clear ones! cheers.
