Castle combe is all about power to weight ratio. If you have a light car that corners well with good power, then you will lap alot quicker than a heavy high powered car.

Ceramic coating is the best way to go for an exhaust manifold! Although yes it is pricey. It keeps the heat in and reduces the heat the manifold gives out dramatically. I would recommend this above the usual heatwrapping as this causes the exhaust manifold to crack over time.

Sounds like fueling to me, take it to Tuning Developments asap before you do any damage!

You should clean and polish it up before taking pictures and selling it, will get much more interest!
