  1. And they will come out to my work to fit it aswell which will be about a 70 mile round trip. i just need some central locking door motors now to make it fully remote locking aswell
  2. well now i dont know what to say. its going to be either a clifford consept 650 mark 2 or a toad ai606. The clifford is more expensive but you can do more with it. i spoke to my boss today and he got me a number for a guy he has used for about 10 years. There a company called electromec in lincoln, the guy there said that he could do me either the clifford 650 mark 2 for £285 + vat fully fitted. But i guess if my boss and another guy at work hightly rates them they cant be bad.
  3. the toad ai606 theres loads on ebay at about £220 fitted which aint bad at all. i mean my cars proberly not worth a grand but im prepaired to put a quarter of the value into on an alarm. If i wasnt going to keep the car for a while i wouldnt have botherd getting a alarm fitted but i love my ep and going to keep for a couple of year yet
  4. Time has come to invest in a alarm system. i currently have a cat 2 immobiliser but after having my car broken into last week that time has come to upgrade. in not sure which one to invest in. I think its going to have to be a clifford or a toad ai606. Just wanted some advice as to which alarm i go for, so any info will be greatly reseved. Thanks Adrian

  7. i should be at mfn this weekend. All being well anyway
  8. Toad ai606 is the one ive been looking at, My mates got 1 on his civic and highly rates it. The doors bent into shape atm so the cars still usable. The dash is back together fully now and stands me at £17, just gotta find a door

  10. car was wet so they couldnt get anything off it. found nothing on my wire cutters, found some on a cd case but i only got the cd last night so who knows who had touched it in the shop before i got it.
  11. should be there guy's. look out with a red 91, black bonnet and fucked passanger door
  12. Thanks for the surport guy's and girls. Dont think its anything related to all the other vandalisum on here. been talking with the police that 5 cars had been done my end of town. Bit strange as we never really have any trouble around here. Door's fixable but if i can get a 2nd hand 1 cheap enourth then it saves alot of trouble. I got paid yesturday and was looking at alarms, that was the next step but hey bit late now eh. On a plus side its back on the road already. Bent the door frame back into shape, managed to get the dash bit i needed from a local scrappy for £5. Couldnt get
  13. Another chapter in the uksc april 08 sarga. My car got broken into last night on my drive way. What they did was pull the top of the passanger side door to get inside fucked the door frame, smashed the dash to get the cd player out. went through the glove box and ashtray. Stole my 6by9's, sub, amp, headunit, loads of cd's, Cut the wires for my ice so i also need a new wireing kit. They even used my side cutters out my clove box to cut the wires to get the sub and amp free. My mate just told me that they broke into 3 of his nextdoor neighbours cars aswell. Kinda makes me feel better that i w

  15. Just to let you all know. Having spoken to John Fuggles it has now been confermed on the jae forum that i willl be a show and shine judge this year. But no fear i'll still be camping with tut uksc boy's and girls and my car wll still be on our stand all weekend
  16. Leave him alone, its his car he can do what the fuck he wants with it. Good look with the sale
  17. Well my 97 n/a is at 102k atm. still runs sweets as a nut, mines be well sevised and always looked after but hardly uses any oil that ive noticed and dosnt smoke at all even when cold. If its always been looked after and servised the millage would put me off. But if you want a track car i would bother with a starlet n/a, something like a clio 1.8 16v for the money and if its getting trashed around a track then there quick and handle alot better than a starbo
  18. So who's planning on going to jts? looks like a uksc birthday weekend - sparkys, badgers and mine lol. If a couple of us are going might be nice to park up together.
