  1. checked spark plug gaps and believe it or not they were correctly gapped from ngk at 1.1mm which suprised me.the reason i checked them is because i have dyno run sunday.
  2. thanks man .yeah they needed renewing so I thought I will go with the old school style font. so much better as you can actually see the decals now,they were ao faded.
  3. currently its holds bang on 11.00 afr in 3rd all way to redline at the same time it holds 0.98/0.99 to redline also.
  4. yeah what u have done there is ruin the + piece of the mani.that causes nothing but wicked flow to the turbo and aid spool. the bit you needed to do is the restriction in the third port.
  5. im trying to get hold of me mates dyno print out for his gt turbo. he was running same spec as what I am pretty much. can remember exactly what it was.

  7. yeah thats a good point.easy to forget if replacing engine as theres two at least that go from engine to engine bay chassis

  9. god knows what damage the reverse polarity has caused :-( dunno what else to suggest to you mate.u seem to have covered most of the first port of calls.
  10. sunday I am going to a dyno day with 29 other cars. running the usual : td04L @ 1.0 BAR (fcd setting 8 ) zisco manifold with external wastegate afr of 11.00 at WOT in third recently renewed all ignition system rest of engine etc stock.
  11. DEALT WITH THIS GUY A GOOD FEW TIMES BY NOW BOUGHT SOME ITEMS A WEEK OR SO AGO AND FORGOT TO LEAVE FEEDBACK.LOL THIS GUYS SO GENUINE AND HELPFUL,INFORMATIVE AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. CHEERS MATE
  12. afr guage is just used temporarily a few times a year (interval use) now just to check all is ok.ABOVE IS A THIRD GEAR PULL READING so you guys are aware I use HKS FCD SETTING 8 as this Is best for a bar as allows a spike of 0.05 over the bar of boost without hitting fuel cut BUT BECAUSE OF THIS THE FUEL PRESSURE IS AT 4.0 BAR : The fcd really fudges the signal.
  13. I have a stock rad and thermo and when I drive normay its 86 and maybe 92 in traffic then fan does its work and goes to 89 ..............down the lanes I hit 96/98 and thats highest .

  15. managed to do this today.took a bit of thinking out to achieve it but I did it. heres hks fcd values on mainly used settings.
  16. yeah but thats hugely unlikely.I am running a bar dead on but spikes to 1.05 which is still extremely resonable,but none the less still a "spike". because of that I run setting 8. BECAUSE OF THIS 8TH SETTING THE FUEL PRESSURE SHOULD BE AROUND 4 BAR TO RUN A BAR OF TURBO PRESSURE
