  1. if its a hybrid then defo wouldnt chance going over 0.80bar , but if thats what ure going to be running on a standard block its a waste becuase it wont even begin to fully be savage till a bar plus.. better of with the mani and all the other stuff on a stock td04 at a bar. just my opinion . equivalent of running a td05 at 0.80 roughly which really is pointless.better with td04 az I say.
  2. 2° FRONT CAMBER WITH 0.3 TOE OUT. REAR CAMBER 2° (if you have the modded axle to do so).
  3. alsong as they fit up and dont obstruct anything they will be fine.they are still discs.lol
  4. nah not that.there was a graph and vey detailed info on running water and not running it. changed my mind fully.i used to think the opposite also and that the lines werent needed.
  5. yeah what dan g said in the first sentence..... but second sentence I wud disagree with.use water lines on both for sure.they are there for a reason.
  6. lovely little starlet matey.it made quite good power on the jam exu and td04 at a bar.really good.
  7. bloody hell u have spend some cash here aint ya.it will all be worth it though. its goin to be a weapon.
  8. ehh the easiest thing to do would be to fit a "new" engine. then in time go about rebuilding the current knocking one. thats the quickest and simplest way.
  9. I know for a fact that afrs are these at set condition : cold start 11.5 afr warm idle 14.7-16.00 cruise and light loads 14.7-15.00 boost wide open throttle 10-11.5 depending on your tune its sounds asif ure cars thinking its "cold" abd its fueling for it.
  10. welcome........starlets are great fun :-D
  11. best speaking to the "big boys " on these high power turbo setups. I have heard once or twice its a good idea in your situation. :-D
  12. forging your engine ureself at an absolute minimum will cost circa 1k. thats not including the machine costs to bore the cylinders. did mine on my gt I used to have in around 2010 and I did it for 1,100 quid.
  13. thanks man.yeah they look well dont they. ehh never thought about what I wud charge before. I guess if you wanted one done maybe 20 delivered recorded. could also fit a custom smd light in there to which would look wicked.
  14. lovely build mate.lovin the red paint.
  15. no its not better and wouldnt run with one. you need both breathers on a turbo , that I do know.
  16. the thing with the racetech I have noticed also is that it ACTUALLY returns to 0 when cars not running which is pretry impressive.other than the innovate one I had which was also around 50-60 quid they never return back to 0. thanks for ure input gainzy.
  17. I have a racetech mechanical boost guage that was 60 quid (quite alot for a mechanical) I also have on same t-piece (with brass reducer) a gizzmo that I use a boost guage only. my question/issue is the the gizzmo shows peak of dead on 1.00 bar the racetech gauge shows a smidge under 0.90 at Wot in 3gear to redline. WHAT ONE DO I BELEIVE ???
  18. defo works.i used copper grease and they went straight over. worked well on mine.
