  3. the adaptor I bought on this forum and it is bloody brilliant and works bang on. the side exit is being finished this friday hopefully and will get pics then, my external wastegate is currently of the car so its not even able to boost and has no power.we had to cut it of and its being re - configured on friday to a new position.

  6. common issues are people thinking there in the know about tuning these lil cars and end up ruining there engine. if you do stuff properly and thouroughly you will have a reliable strong engine.
  7. do not do the above ↑↑↑↑↑ to lap in a valve u need nothing but hand power and elbow grease. the ring need never be put in a vice as it will miss-shape it to a degree. as I said it can all be done in situ......
  8. just go for the 6 puck sprung one from id-workz. I went for it and its great, not horrible to use (like 3 puck) and is a great "over kill" as future mods or increases in power wont mean u will have to uprate clutch again. a worth while investment I say. :-D
  9. go to a "FREINDLY" mot station mate. never had a cat and had decatted starlets for years.

    smoke problem

    shud be 160-170 on a normal standard turbo lump so bearing in mind most forged pistons are lower comp I wud say around 150-160. most importantly there should be a varient of no more than 14psi
