Normal vs Iridium Plugs?

So apart from the fact copper plugs are better at conducting heat and electricity and being waaay cheaper. What performance benfits do iridum plugs give? Yes they last longer and are waaaay more expensive but is it worth the extra price?

BCR8ES NGK ones heat range 8 best job and about 20 for the 4

gap them slightly by eye and there fine shouldn't really need a gap

Coppers Al the way fuck the iridium and platinum. You aren't going to loose power by using coppers that's for sure

Iridiums are fussy about fueling too. Don't like running rich

Stick some copper plugs in it and change them every service around 3 - 5000 miles

Copper...had iridiums and not running right

Put a set of coppers and runs nicer

Recently replaced them after 3000.miles and tips were brown meaning they were not fouling and burning nice

The Ngk part number above (brc8es or whatever) I think they are £2.50 each

Heat range 8 and given me no issues

The copper plugs are fine just change every oil change

My coppers lasted more then 20k think it's double that must check my thread again no needed change them every service

Thanks for replies buys. Ill be putting heat range 7 in as its pushing close to 200bhp.
