starlybruiser
Well im after an air filter and ive been browsing the internet and have came across loads of different makes and types, but there was one make that really caught my attention a company called Apiro, they make allot of different types of filters and also small things like oil caps and battery terminals, but there main items are there induction products, they look pretty good quality items and are very well priced, but i havent really heard of them or know anyone who has had any experience with them, has anyone on here heard or had any of there items? cheers STARLYBRUSIER . Jozinobi
No worries mate.I have heard of Apiro and their flyers/mini catalogues come free sometimes inside mags like Redline etc. They do quite a few bits and pieces tho, but if its an induction kit your after, Apiro probably have a universal one to suit.If you want something thats tried and tested then I'd recommend either an Apexi or Power Enterprise Air Filter or something like the BMC CDA Carbon Fibre Airbox, altho space may be tight, you could always relocate the air filter to the front bumper with a relocation kit (ToyTuning)Boost creep may insue tho, check the tech section for that info. There is also lots of existing info on inductions kits etc in the tech section.Hope this helps.Joz
Rich
I had an Apiro on mine for a good while, but realised that It was quite small compared to others and was strangling the engine ;)
Tayyib
im using an apiro heat shield with a green cotton air filter and it works really well, the heat shield helps allot.

ste91
Let me know what it's like when you've got it fitted mate, if this auction I'm watching for an Apexi goes over the price I want to pay then I might consider one of these.

ste91
Got it fitted yet bud?The fucking Apexi I was after went too expensive for me, I've got myself set on getting one of these Aprio's in blue, nice that they come with the reducer and straight connector thing aswell, so all I'd need is a bit of 76mm pipe made up.Just want to know that they're a half decent bit of kit before I buy.
