Bluebear Posted March 3, 2009 Share Posted March 3, 2009 You had a problem with the laquer as well Sparky?My rear right-hand wheels' rim is suffering from severe laquer problems too, but it only seems to be that one rim that's been affected the worst.Want some new wheels, that prefferably dont have a fucking polished lip. BenV Posted March 3, 2009 Share Posted March 3, 2009 it usually happens because the lips are diamond cut and have slight groves in them so when the laquer is chipped it gets into the grooves and spreads under the laquer. regular cleaning and protection of the lip should extend the life of them but doubt it will keep it away for ever Quote Link to post Share on other sites
