starbogt
Learn to walk before you can runYeah I would say Good advice Damien, but they're not exactly supercar territory lol!Yeah when I was 18 I had corolla GTi's and moved on to a 250bhp Rover 220turbo but insurance was only 600quid back then. If you shop around you may find someone that will insure you if it's what you want but the sound advice is get quotes for GT's as well because they have the same potential yet more companies will quote you. I've seen a lot of young lads and girls get these and pay stupid amounts of money just for insurance...I know its hard at your age but stay with a cheap to insure car maybe the SR or Glanza S until you can get insured on what you really want. Why not buy an n/a starlet and turbo it? Most people know what a glanza has under the bonnet anyway.

spesh
surely it will work out more to turbo an SR and why mess about with that trying to make something thats already been manufactured .im sure toyota will make a better turbo 1.3 than someone building it in a garage and bodging it together ? And I take it you're not very good with a set of spanners then??
