myatt!!! Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 ive seen the relocation kits on toy tuning and after looking at my car under the bonnet how the fook does the piping fit aroung the standard radiator theres no room to route it? does the standard rad have to be replaced?? whos done it before? comments would be greatful thanks Quote
ToyotaTech15 Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 First very important tip, stay well away from toy tuning!!! You will be messed about!!There is sets on TM Developments but not 100% sure.I am sure 'kierz' fitted one, it will be in the glanza build threads, think they just go round the radiator and that's it.Gary Quote
ste91 Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Go for Monster Motorsport instead of Toy Tuning they use a better filter and you wont be fucked around. Quote
bucketep91 Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 they do go round the radiator, but not the air con radiator!some1 did do it on tgtt and put up pics but it didnt look too strong in my opinion Quote
ep_brad Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 you need to remove all of your aircon first so the pipe of the turbo will fit. Ive made my own kit and it only cost £30 Quote
Curtis Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 i think dave at tmd sells them, might be worth a look bud but you do have to get rid of your aircon, Quote
myatt!!! Posted July 7, 2009 Author Posted July 7, 2009 how do you fit it with your air con then any pics anybody ?? Quote
Steve GT Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 youve got to remove the air con pump completelyonce youve done that it will fit in just behind the front bumperall it is is a basic 90 degree you bend pipe so you can make them yourselves but if not get them from TMD or monster motosport they both sell them Quote
Hairy1 Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 ditch the aircon mate, it weighs a ton (dont forget to get the shorter belt to replace though)and if you must degas the system urself use gloves/goggles helps to be able to run too....fast :surrender: Quote
Steve GT Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 haha fuck that i just pulled the pipes off and nothing happened so im guessing there was fuck all in there in the first placenever used the air con so not sure though lol Quote

Glanza_cl Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 possible there is no definite answer as all cars vary but it's a high possibility Quote
iamlegend Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 if it does which it may not mine didnt but every car is different port the wastegate on the turbo works a treat Quote
