Clio 197 & Fiesta St

whos played with one in there starlet two of my pals have both went and orderd one so was wondering how fast they were for a 197 and a st

ad say starlet would rape the st but the clio would get the starlet what do you all think from a basic startlet indution kit full exhaust n decat

Fiesta STs aint that fast only 150bhp n they are quite heavy..lad where i work has one, they are quite nippy just not that fast.

Fiesta ST's cant even keep up with a standard Starlet from my experience, and 197 couldn't keep up with mine at 1 bar on CT9 on a straight but in the twisties it was too good for my lil starlet on lowered springs and shocks ;)

thats what i thought tht sts r slowww 10k car can get beat by a basic 2.5k car woo the clio was what i wasnt sure about.

Clio's are pretty quick..there's one around my area with a 100shot of nos ;)

Clio sports are pretty rapid. My mate has just bought some cup/trophy thing, not the newest shape one and its a limited edition apparently, comes with semi slicks from the factory!!

neva driven a fiesta st so cant comment on that, but i have driven a clio 192 sport, i think it would piss a starlet top end from 70ish but i didnt think acceleration was that good, my glanza would of pissed it to 70 thats my opinion

The ST's are shockign in a straight line and anythign thign else really. the clio's look amazing i must say well the top spec one's. they have major arch flare :-D

preformance wise my standard starlet will keep up with the clio until 3rd gear and the clio pulls ahead.

New clios are nice in white but yea still crap and french ;)

closes I've been is a clio 172 that i think got a fright when i was insured on the sleeper for a week ;). you should be talking about focus sts because the fiesta aint worth worrying about for a v .

ST's are not that quick compared to a standard starlet to be honest, in my experience they have the edge on ST's.

Clio sports on the other hand, your going to need a few mods and a little more boost ;)

Not the 2.0 turbo RS, that will slaughter most cars, definitely a starlet

Doubt the Old RS would to be honest, not much quicker than a EP3 Type R, but they are nice ;)

Also the Focus ST's are wank, beat one with dead rings/fucked piston was close though

oh and a clio may be pretty nippy but at the end of the day its french and will break sooner than later lol

Mate ive beat both. Im local to you and if your mates dont believe & would like to be shown how its done let me know ill pull the doors and wheels off both

As for the focus rs... 2ltr turbo... ive pulled the doors off a standard one
