DavidAshton Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 www.bidjdm.com, rhd japan's auction site that uses yahoo jpn....have a read all the stuff is on there and it seems painless plus it paypal so your covered. Quote
StarletRick Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 wheels via surface are about 150 quid IIRC. but they take ages to get here. air shipping is going to cost you more than the wheels will. its the gay thing about shipping wheels. Quote
riko666 Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 www.bidjdm.com, rhd japan's auction site that uses yahoo jpn....have a read all the stuff is on there and it seems painless plus it paypal so your covered. They charge 20% of the final auction price, so figure in £450 already for the wheels, add in handling fees and then delivery...and...yeahThey're good, and quick, but, umm, so would anyone else if they charged per mortgage payment Quote
SiCaln Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 i bought my SA90s from there when prices were sensible, i got em through Keiths guy Quote

Curtis Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 that bidjdm.com is bad, i saw this post at about 8 last night and spent the rest of the night on that site trying to convince myself to put the credit card away lol Quote
riko666 Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 it is terrible as it gives you access to anything Japanese - prostitutes, sake...Sexy Jag, check eBay and Pistonheads, they usually have something there, or Driftworks too, or buy my wheels - I'll accept sexy hugs Quote
StarletRick Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 in my opinion, the arse has fallen out of the jdm market.its flooded with people trying to buy parts for a profit and its ruined it. back when we used to import stuff things were cheap and the world was beautiful. now its just gay. its why we stopped. the money we would have had to charge to get stuff to you would have been a joke. its stuff like that bidjdm.com that has ruined the jap car part market. nobody in japan buys the parts anymore. its all bought by outsiders shipping them out of country. the whole time the japs are laughing at us for spending TONS of money on shitty used parts ^^ Quote
Bluebear Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 So would turning to markets closer to home be the answer to value for money then Rick? Quote
