Which Oil Is Best For The Glanza?

As per title, whats the best oil to use in my Glanza V? Its completely boggo standard ;)

I use castrol 10w40 semi-syn

i recommend either 10w30 (as Toyota recommended), but that is for japan, our climate is quite different so 10w40 is a good alternative

Heard its good for the oil seals on the turbo.
