I already have weighted gear knob,( got a accord type r one). This would be perfect little mod.

So let us know how it goes.

I think it will take a little getting used to?

Ah cool. Yeah it's a little stiffer to get into gear but I'm happy with it :)

Nice built Amjad where did you get your shift knob? looks top notch.

*Update*

So another long overdue update, again logging the past few months worth of activities, first up the exhaust. Went to see Dean once again so finish up my RW-Developments cat back with the axle back section.

For anyone who missed the last update here's a video below. I've got a few more clips to post once I've had time to edit them. Much quieter on a cruise but still roars :)

Cheers to Morgey for sorting my new brake discs! My Yellowstuff pads were trashed with an oil leak, so will be using Blueprint pads to tide me over for a while. Still decent and I've had good results with them on track

Nearly there now! Thanks to Jezza for my JD-Tuning clear bonnet scoop blanking plate! Decided to get it tinted but as you can see didn't come out great! Ended up cloudy so I stripped it back off, but here's some pics anyhow

Here's some pics of it with the tint taken off. I'll probably get it sprayed for a subtle tint later but for now I like it.

Got a new Momo 320mm steering wheel, absolutely love it! Much smaller and feels so much nicer to drive with! I've actually got a second Momo for sale which is identical, drop me a PM!

So my alternator sh*t itself last week, thanks to JDM-EP for the replacement.

DSC_0095_zpsbdts9qgp.jpg

Which brings me to the most recent work. Thanks again to Grant who sorted the following jobs:

-Fitting new fuel filter

-Fitting new thermostat

-Fitting new Depo oil pressure sensor for gauge

-Sorting out a spongey brake pedal (turned out to be front lines which are pretty past it)

-Fitting the new front pads and discs

-Fitting braided rear lines

-Sorting any oil leaks

-Adjusting brake line bracket which was catching under hard cornering

Brake pedal is much nicer now, and new braided lines have been ordered for the front. That's all folks!

So I decided to finally correct my preload on the coilovers. A decision I half regret because one unit has been a massive pain! Top collar was seized on the driver side front, tried cutting it off to no avail.

Ended up dismantling it to free the unit up, got a new collar coming tomorrow from BC Racing. Hopefully it fits the Meister damper!

IMG-20151229-WA0037_zpsji7bidvj.jpeg

Also took a shot of the new rear braided lines while I was at the back of the car

DSC_0166_zpswkkn2dtf.jpg

The original spring lengths should be 198mm/218mm F/R

Mine were 193,190 / 210,210 = F/R

Yikes! So hopefully that gets all put back on with the new collar tomorrow and I'll get a fresh alignment.

Ordered braided front lines from Tegiwa, one set got lost by royal mail and a second hasn't been delivered by DHL. Not been month at all :l
