Guest Enzo Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 welcome to the site mate, good choice, alot of people make that step from saxo to starlet,do you use sax-p at all? Quote
wyattski Posted December 6, 2006 Author Posted December 6, 2006 no i used to be a member of sscmids, always liked the glanza's so seemed like the next step from my saxo im 20 with 1ync so scoobys are a bit out of my league at the moment lol Quote
Mikey Jay Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 Welcome to UKSC! You can't go wrong with a Starlet, both the n/a (normal Starlet) and turbo (GT, Glanza) versions are good cars with plenty of scope for modifications too if that's your thing.Plenty of people here will be able to help you out with pretty much anything you want to ask.Enjoy your stay! paul w Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 Welcome mate, glad to see your ditching the french cars for a quality jap car! Search all the import insurance companies and you will find one that'll recognise a Glanza. Doubt it'll be as cheap as a saxo to insure though.Try A-plan. Quote
Mart Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 Welcome dude. Hope you find all the answers you need here... Quote
lobotomy Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 I went through a lot of trouble when insuring my glanza -- People used to insure them as 96 GTTurbo's which I was told was fraudulant so wanted to do it right. Sparky Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 Welcome to the club mate Lobotomy more or less covered everything about the insurance.... most companies do not recognise glanza's as some refer to them as facelift GT Turbos. so you have to be careful with the skeeming bastards lol Quote

rob_bower Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 you normally find that it is the random insurance companies that are the best for more unusual cars (or maybee thats just me) Quote
