Welcome to UKSC!

You can't go wrong with a Starlet, both the n/a (normal Starlet) and turbo (GT, Glanza) versions are good cars with plenty of scope for modifications too if that's your thing.

Plenty of people here will be able to help you out with pretty much anything you want to ask.

Enjoy your stay! :p

Welcome mate, glad to see your ditching the french cars for a quality jap car! Search all the import insurance companies and you will find one that'll recognise a Glanza. Doubt it'll be as cheap as a saxo to insure though.Try A-plan.

I went through a lot of trouble when insuring my glanza -- People used to insure them as 96 GTTurbo's which I was told was fraudulant so wanted to do it right. Phone a tonne of places:

Welcome to the club mate

Lobotomy more or less covered everything about the insurance.... most companies do not recognise glanza's as some refer to them as facelift GT Turbos. so you have to be careful with the skeeming bastards lol
