Amjad Posted June 23, 2011 Author Share Posted June 23, 2011 Went to pick up a few bits of the car yesterday, was in a right bad state!Currently sorting out insurance payout, the car is easily worth £4350-4600 judging by the other LCs on sale at the moment, got a first offer of £3800 which we've rejected. Still looking about for another LC, but also been considering one of these..My uncle had one a few years back and it was a superb car, I was only 17/18 then so only got to drive it a little but it was a very nice car to drive! Does anyone have any experience with them? I know the Leons are a great car with few reliability faults but from what I hear about Fords, they're are kinda 50/50? TrisK Posted June 23, 2011 Share Posted June 23, 2011 fords of that era are super reliable, in my experience atleast.my mum and dad has a 02 mondeo, and it lasted for ever (they only sold it earlier this year, after owning it from new)only thing taht went was coilpack once, and the handbrake,and then usual service parts and wear and tear parts, but nothing unmanagable Quote Link to post Share on other sites
