Dan507
Its fitted like this NOTE: you need longer bolts.
Dan507
OR i have fitted it wrong, but use washers so it clears the clips.
Sparky
You'll need longer bolts if your keeping the seat belts, quite dangerous using a C pillar bar if your keeping the rear seats IMPO
lukEp
What c-pillar bar you got because mine fit with the plastic left on. Mines a zisco one from sikillamart and using standard bolts

Dan507
Im not sure what size mate, i just took the boolt into B&Q but, like i said, i may have fitted it wrong. if you have some washers aboutput them imbetween the braket and seat belt. that may work better. raffa_mk
Mmmm, does it make a difference if it a n/a or ep91 LukEp? like i mentioned its the 2 parts that make it not sit right and i dont think the plastic bends or flexes. will have to have another crack at it.
lukEp
Shouldn't make a difference really the EP91 N/A and turbo have same mounts/seat belts.

raffa_mk
LukEp>>>> my excisting bolts does not even go all the way through the bar end? It's a few mm's small!!! Got some bigger bolts from Bnq but one was too thick n the other was slightly slimmer and does not lock into place as thread slips... Need help guys.. Asad
if you want to retain the seatbelts they have to be bolted in BEHIND the c-pillar bracket not infront in an accident the bolt will just shear off = no goodlukeEP has it fitted rightdont think many people can help as c-pillars buyers are usually people who`ve stripped out the back so its an easy fiti dont see the gains with such an item tbf
Wantaglanz
wouldnt people who sit in the back, hit their head on this? :S
_shaun_
id just drop keith a pm and ask for the right bolt size that way u no exactly what bolt u need mine would of fitted fine with the bolts that were supplyed but i striped rear for cage anyway
lukEp
looks like the holes not far off ust bend the plastic tabs slightly if you look at mine the look slightly bent, no body hits there head its to far back or my kids aint that tall yet. i got mine second hand andIt fit straight away, It makes a difference if you tighten it up as much as you can, if you just fit it so the bars not tight it wont do anything! starlet666
bracing body parts doesnt actually work unless it is triangulated.... it looks good, but it wont do much else..... simple physics means they cant do bugger all..... more so when they have moving rose joints on them.....
