Back from Vegas and unfortunately for the Glanza I didn't win big. Now my goal is to get the Glanza running 1 bar.

Car currently has fitted

Green Cotton Filter

HKS Super Dragger

HKS SQ BOV

NGK Iriduim spark plugs

I have the following parts to be fitted

New Exhaust

FMIC

Emanage blue with harness

Parts I think I need

Manifold

Decat

Actuator

Electronic boost controller

3 bar map sensor

Fuel Pump

Uprated leads

Wideband

Is there anything you chaps think I've missed?

Any tips you can give on running 1 bar on a ct9 would be much appreciated

Seen this at Tpark on wednesday looked sweet...If you are never going to go over 200bhp Dean get your self a plug and play ECU instead of a piggy back will save you lots of money on mapping ect all i would recommend with a plug & play ecu is get the fueling checked orr if you have a wide band then ya laughing.

If your running a piggy back it will need to be mapped and they will hook their wideband up to it anyway.

Not really necessary but yea they look pretty and give you piece of mind I suppose :(

I've already got the Emanage so it makes more sence to keep that.

I thought it was you wasnt sure though lol.

My car was looking a little sorry for itself today in the sunlight so had to give it a wash and freshen up my headlights. They were getting a little too yellow. My plans to fit my after market parts are on hold again as my turbo has started smoking on idle.

He's a few pictures of the headlight transformation. I only used Megiaurs Scratch x and then some Nielsen polish. Made a hell of a difference. I'm going to flat them down and polish them at some point.

I've finally got my arse into gear after owning the car for so long and now is the time for more boost. After my plans being put on hold with the smoking turbo, I bought a second hand turbo and then just had to wait for some good weather to do the work. Car performance wise is pretty much standard apart from; uPrated leads, NGK Iridium plugs, Japspeed exhaust, HKS dump valve.

I did have pictures of the parts but there on another computer

So Thursday I started to set about carrying out the following

Removing aircon

Removing standard turbo, manifold and cat

Fitting shorter power steering pump belt

Fitting new turbo

Fitting stainless manifold

Fitting decat screamer pipe

Fitting tuning developments actuator

Fitting air filter relocation kit

Fitting oil breather filter

Fitting JAM ecu

Fitting FMIC

The beginning of the day

I knew my car had a different horn to standard but found a second horn.

After removing the heat shield found a crack in the standard manifold

I had a rounded bolt on my turbo to manifold and could not get the bottom left bolt on the turbo. So I soaked the manifold bolts and power steering pump bolts in wd40 for easy removal the next day.

The next day I took the power steering pump and its bracket off to allow access to the manifold.

Removed the manifold and then I could start with fitting the new parts

Fitting begins

Just removed the ecu cover to make sure it was 100% a JAM part, so I didn’t blow my car up

Ended the day with the following fitted

Shorter power steering pump belt, New turbo, Stainless manifold, Decat screamer pipe, Tuning developments actuator, Air filter relocation kit, Breather filter, JAM ecu

I ran out of time and couldn't fit my FMIC but the car started and is running fine. The next day the rain was ridiculous and haven’t had the chance to fit the intercooler. All I need to do now is fit the intercooler and adjust the actuator a little bit then enjoy it :)
