They also do not have phone number so spread the word everyone wouldn't want anyone to waste their time and cash on these people! Quote

jezza Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 I had a better experience with their customer service. They replaced a FMIC hot pipe after it developed a hole from fouling the slam panel on my GT. They also sent me a roll of heat wrap as a method of lagging the pipe to prevent damage again. I've not heard of the same problem happen to anyone else.Contact was solely by email which was bit annoying but they responded relatively quickly Quote

daz gt turbz Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 they did the whole ignor thing to me, i paid for a fmic (5 years ago this is) and it never showed up, they replyed to 1 e-mail saying it was on the way and give them chance to post it(this was 3weeks after i paid for it), then they ignored the rest of my e-mails. and like you said theres no phone number so they can just ignor you easily via e-mail. never got the intercooler and had to claim the money back off my credit card company and they went after them for the money.
