Yellow Headlights and Front Fogs

Hey guys, was just wondering whether having yellow main beam headlights are illegal in this country? Been told it is, and also been told that Front FOG lights are illegal too.

i was always toldall yellow tinted headlights were illegal but theres a local lad with some on his rat style passat and hes had them on for like 6 months now

Depends how lucky you are for not being stopped i guess and all depends on the old bill around the area, I only have yellow fog lights but i have seen some Jap motors with yellow headlights driving around.

my side lights and fogs are yellow from std u cant remove them as they are part of the head light

thers a black glanza about my bit has the yellow bulbs in hers for months with no probs but there cuming down hard on the ones with hids

Yeah loads of Euro'd VWs round here with yellow headlights! Shame there cracking down on HIDs i really want them again.

only seems to be in ayrshire as had no probs in glasgow with them
