** 5e glanza build** engine update pg2

Everythig copied from jon44w.com

Have this car 2 years now,was'nt going to spend alot on it,just really to sell on.. Tried to sell it a few times and it had a good lot of interest, nearly a px for a ek9 but anyway decided on keeping it and going 5e....

Heres some pics of when i got it....

drove it like that for a wile, i also fitted a exedy clutch and a hks actuator, got fcked driving it that hight so i got these and it got lowered....

Then i cut the grill out of the bumper to allow more air to the fmic,and smoothed my splitter....

After that i raised the bonnet,got my fogs done yellow, fitted a headlight that i got made and got my plate on....

JE 5E 74.5mm Forged pistons

Momentum 5E Rods

ACL Raceline bearings

ARP Head bolts

Steel Head Gasket

Polished Ported Head

Port Machined inlet Manifold

Chemically stripped block

Bored,Decked,Honed and faced

New toyota oil pump

New gaskets and stem seals

New oil pump (hi flow)

New gaskets and stem seals

Modified 4E sump and pick up

New 5E timing belt kit and tensioner

Vernier cam pulley

Clear cam cover

Custom billet fuel rail

560cc injectors

PnP inlet manifold

Big Throttle body

I also received my new intercooler (3" piping) , I'm also getting my standard inlet manifold honed and polished and the end flange changed so I can run a 63mm Evo throttle body and iac valve, so my old intercooler and pec inlet Mani are up for sale...

My engine is now ready to be dropped in so should few pics of that and some of the car as she sits now....

Well bit of a update , eventually got the engine out this morning..... Was handy enough and managed it my self, 5e engine is ready to be set in now although I'd like to tidy the bay up first.... Anyway here's a few pics

welcome to the club think i seen this once in lisburn as dan says red is obviously the best colour in an ep.

there is a N.I meet on the 15th this months in bangor on tgtt.if your free come on down dont even need to be in the ep more of a meet greet sorta thing.

jealous! i bought a new set off tein flex and they don't sit that low! lol some awesome parts there though! should be a good build :)

cheers yea they were a few months old when i got them, they were down full at the back but have raised it a little since..

that seat looks sweet mate fair play will be good to see how the turbo kit performs

yea im hoping for mid 300's. zisco have told me the turbo is capable of 500bhp but we shall see ;)
