joel_ep91 Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 ok well i was working on my laptop last night working 100% at 2am turned my laptop off woke up thismorning at 7.30 am and now 5 keys arnt working weird thing is they are all in a row the keys are : 2,w,s,x,Alt.and because they dont work i cant get onto my laptop now because my pasward contains 2 of the keysthe laptop is a dell inspiron please help Quote Link to post Share on other sites

DavidAshton Posted January 19, 2012 Share Posted January 19, 2012 (edited) If you need to get into the laptop urgently you can use osk (on screen keyboard), you may also be able to trouble shoot it better when logged on.Click the icon in the bottom left of the logon screen this opens the ease of access centre and then tick type without keyboard, press ok and an on screen keyboard appears which you operate with the mouse.Screen shot so you can see what i mean....
