my car did this after i removed the charcoal canister, but only when warm and only when i had just filled up with fuel. (completely different setup i know) but all i did was let the fuel tank breath to atmosphere and block of the vaccum line on the inlet manifold. strange considering my older setup engine ran fine with it connected

Recovery to TD me thinks for diagnosis

Symptoms sound like air leak tbh...also raises suspision on the CTS when its warm as it control fueling iirc

Youve done most of what they would have done mate, wouldnt waste your money ^

Eh that ain't great!

Try a drop of oil in that cylinder and re-test it.

When it started causing issues yes.

You do mean when the problems started arising, yeah?

When the engine was from cold as such it was just a funny idle every now and again.

Sorry marc i ment when you did the compression test was it up to temp?

Comp test was done cold. I don't want to be warming it up in case I do more harm.

Cts is what exactly and where?
