B11G KY
Its not to hard pal same as everything it depends on how competent you are,1) Slightly loosen all engine mounts while its grounded (to stop car rocking in step 4)2) Get the front up on axle stands3) use jack to hold up engine4) finish undoing the first engine mount5) replace rubber with poly and reassembleRepeat steps 3-5 on the restto get the rubber out people use all different methods some burn/melt it out and some us a drill and a hack sawGood LuckKy Edited September 7, 2012 by B11G KY

StuDoc 72
If you have a vice to do your bushs then youl be fine.
rorenapier
Do your bushes at the same time as the clutch? Make life easy..A vice to put the bushes in? Why? Powerflex will go in with your hands.
corofin12345
remember, after getting out the rubber, ull have to take out the rings also or the powerflex rubbers wont fit in.. after that its simple... each mount rubber comes in 2 halfs so slots in either side of mount, then just insert pin...i just cut out both engine mount rubbers with a hacksaw blade but had to burn out the gearbox mount rubber.. to cut out the rings, just cut through in 2 places and they will fall out Edited September 7, 2012 by corofin12345
StuDoc 72
A vice to clamp the arm in when your removing them??? Always makes life easier do you not agree? Edited September 7, 2012 by StuDoc
shorty
Have to say is a damn sight easier to saw the old collars out when the mount is held in a vice but can still be done without one tbh.
Johnboy GT
I did two of them in a vice and the back gearbox on the car. I mite be rough but i sawed so much then used a hammer and chisel to knock it out!John
corofin12345
just do one at the time. that way it will be easier re locating them in the bay without jacking pulling and dragging
