Well just got out of hospital on wednesday after having re-constructive surgery on my ACL on monday so im very limited to what i can do for the next week and have found myself just searching the forums and internet for the last two days lol only thing is i came across this while bored searching!! Its the surgery i underwent on monday, No fucking wonder my knee is killing me haha

From about 7mins on is when they start to go to town on the knee

I've had this done twice. And then further operations in which they burnt the new acl to tighten it. Totally grim. Enjoy the physio haha, so painful

cheers guys, its starting to get a tad better now.... well its going to have to be better cause me and my old fella are going to take the engine out the glanza tomorrow! think i will just sit back and let him fire on with it lol
