Beastmode panda
and sound deadening.by the way how easy/long did it take to remove the dash? i want to take out the aircon unit from under there which weighs a ton like said above!
daniel_g
It took roughly an hour maybe a bit more to take the dash out. But that was with the steering wheel, glovebox, stereo etc already out. On a gt.The ac had already been taken out by someone else. I took the blower unit out, might just leave it out tbh. Took the tunnels for the hot air out aswell.

danb87
I stripped the dash out includinf stereo /wheel etc ina bout 15 mins. Hardest bit is removing the tape etc that holds wires too dash. Dont recall seeing much behind worth removing but good too tidy things up. I positioned relays etc all in easy accesible areas. Aswel as running any gauge wires /emu loom tucked up an tidied. Looked very diffrent behind , an dash went back in so easily. Dan
Beastmode panda
can you not take the air con thing out if ypu just take the glove box out?
daniel_g
Yeah i think you can, deffo worth doing as there is a substantial amount of shit you dont really need behind there. Removed the heater matrix and housing too.
StarletMad
Yeah the f***ing white clip things that the looms tapes to are a pain in the arse. The bolt behind the clock had me in deep thought for quite a while
