What video editing software should i use on a pc?

I am going to edit together a load of clips of my car and want to make a video of it, add some music, some text etc, what software is best that makes it easy? drag and drop would be nice for a PC?

Me and Adam both use adobe premiere pro chaps. Easy best for windows

Was using Sony Vegas Pro but I don't like how it downscaled my HD videos

I use sony vegas pro 11, tried some other programs but sony vegas is enough for what I do.

After effects is another good program to use, but quite difficult to get around the basics of editing on that.
