morgey Posted December 7, 2012 Share Posted December 7, 2012 They might be 9:1 in a honda but thats going off of all there combustion chamber designs, also the height of the piston is a main factor ie center of wrist pin to piston top will differ between manufactures. This will be what dictates the compression ratio! I supose the stroke might matter aswel as you will need clearance on the skirt of the pistons...But if they are the same then give it a go be experimental lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites

lukEp Posted December 7, 2012 Share Posted December 7, 2012 You don't need to change the pistons you can increase compression by skimming the block/head. The paseo pistons are actually lower compression to the starlet ones so if you put starlet pistons in a 5e you will get higher compression. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
