Amjad
They don't actually lower much at all
rmsnoel
Thanks lads, I run tte springs for years and they were great, got them from bilal the king of shine years back. Dont want to lower this yet just wanted to see it lower, food for thought.Tein do different rates one of which doesnt even lower the car so buyers beware check partnumbers. It came with new shocks so Ill maybe get fresh springs from a low mile wagon someday cause I cross four speedbumps and a miniroundabout on the way to work each day and I hate slowing down. Rarb and castor kit to be fitted soon.

rmsnoel
Fitted the gt seats today. Love them though theyll be hard to keep cleanRear centre bracket needs modified to be crash safe but other than that they just sat in. Driverside hole in this gt seathinge needs drilled out to 10_12mm to allow to fit in the ep91 Edited June 17, 2013 by rmsnoel
rmsnoel
This is the same hinge from the rear. You can see the hole is away off but I welded in abit of plate to extend it over to my ep91 hole. Using the ep82 hinge is the easiest option when fitting gtturbo seats and sits better too.I also reused my ep91 seatbelt buckles and bolted it through the rear inner seatmount. I had to remove the handbrake surround although if u straighten them out abit they will fit.Seats here with the glanza dark grey plastics Edited June 28, 2013 by rmsnoel
rmsnoel
Unfortunetly this 50mm throttlebody doesnt suit my automatic so its goin up for sale soon. Direct fit to any northern irish 4efe/5efe Ive dremeled a 4efte tb to take a 4efe tps now I just have to finish the adapter plate for the idle valve then its off to the dyno.. rmsnoel
Rear speakers secret loom plug. I pulled out the rear speaker plug (found in all starlets) thats used in SR and hooked up some temp 6x9Unbolt the rear plastics, pull it back and follow the rear light wiring back until u find the hidden plug taped to the loom. You can see its just next to the rear seat bracket. I removed the plug, pulled the wires through here then refitted the plug because I have a SR parcelshelf with matchin plug Loom plug removal tool- great for SR clock conversion too Edited June 28, 2013 by rmsnoel

rmsnoel
A quick comparsion of the gen1 corolla 4efe and jdm 5efhe cynos 4_2_1 exhaust manifolds. And a big thank you to Browner & Jay for sourcing both items. Ill test fit both and keep whichever suits my driving stye better. Both fit a 4efe although the 5efhe needs abit grinded off the flange so as not to foul the block
