Engine bays with relocated batteries

Recommended Posts

When i did mine ( used proper gauge cable ) i found the voltage drop from the length of the cable used to move to the boot was causing problems when the engine was cold and on idle. the alternator would be having to work a lot harder, so i ended up moving it back for what its worth.

only issue i had was with earthing, ran a earth cable in down the drivers side, connecting it to every earthing point along the way and my car starts brilliantly all the time!

its harder to start and when i change gears the lights get duller ? any ideas wat ?
