kingo228 Posted February 20, 2013 Share Posted February 20, 2013 When i did mine ( used proper gauge cable ) i found the voltage drop from the length of the cable used to move to the boot was causing problems when the engine was cold and on idle. the alternator would be having to work a lot harder, so i ended up moving it back for what its worth.
