Ep'd Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Which is rear strut brace is better and would be recommended and why? Quote
mech5107 Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 A 3 point one will make the rear end stiffer... On the other hand, stiffer is not always the best... On the other other hand, Starlets are not the brightest cars as far stiffness is concerned, so stiffer may be better... On the other other other hand, the rear beam axle could be twitchy as stuff get stiffer... I'd go for a 3 point if possible Quote
Socks Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Triangles are a Strong Shape... Hence why pilons are triangled to fuck... Making the 3 point rear brace nice n stiff Quote

EP-Azz Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 But surely an adjustable cusco one would be stiffer as they can be tightened while there on the car, you feel it push outwards Quote
