Civic radiator

Hi guys just a quick one to see what's the best quality civic rad kit out there?? One of the final pieces to my td04 puzzle and I don't want to buy a shit one so just wondering what kits people have and what they would rate them on fitment, quality, price etcc etc

I got a triple core one in a cj performance group buy. Yet to fit it but i looks spot on and was less than 100 quid inc fan.

I do remember one of the other traders, possibly sacha, saying that the dual cores arent up to much. But its colder here so dont suppose it matters.

Just make sure you get one thats compatible with your turbo kit, ie, the screamer isnt gonna burn through a coolant hose.

toyosports rad and fan. was 60 quid posted when i bought mine. still running strong.

liam, as long as its a dual core civic rad and the core thickness measures 40mm or more, then it cool a starlet fine on a td04..

and that 40mm or more figure comes from Conrad from the zisco guys over on tgtt..

and ive had no issues following that guideline.

i bought a j performance one for the SR conversion, the weldin on it is top drawer stuff liam, pure quality. not used it yet but worth the cash just to look at it in my livin room lol

I have the toyosports one, with a tegiwa slim line fan. pretty good quality from what i can see, nice and light too.
