With my first glanza i used to be able to get out and lock the car and leave it running with mine though i have to wait till the timer goes off too lock it. Is this a problem with the timer wiring or the alarm? Or could it be both?

Mine locks with the turbo timer running but a lad I know had one and he couldn't lock it till the car turned off

Mines the same, locks with a key but if I do it off the button what came with my alarm it won't lock at all and I have to sit there till the turbo timer finishes :/

Mine is wired in though, I can lock the car with the key with the turbo timer running but just not with central locking which tbh pisses me off lol

Yeah. The alarm/central locking module has to be wired in to be able to do it

Any idea how to do this trisk?

My old glanza did the same, was a pain in the arse locking it with the key as it was stiff.

I used to get out with the drivers window down lock the doors from the inside then hit the window switch and get my arm out quick:D

Do you need a specific alarm for TT to work properly?

Or is it just a matter of adding something to any alarm and it'll work?

Mine is a blitz F.A.T.T with a sterling alarm if someone knows how to do it it would be ideal as my key for the doors is different to the key for the ignition lol so i literaly have to wait till the fucker turns itself off

You need to wire the alarm switched ingition feed from the turbo timers accessory wire iirc

What if you don't have an alarm ? :unknw:
