Matty2kn1 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Possibly the only Glanza to have a working rear wiper with horizontal parking position. Also with yaris aero wiper Quote
Matt1878 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 No need for a rear wiper The punto wiper is a direct fit too iirc. Sure a few people are running those. Quote
Matty2kn1 Posted April 7, 2013 Author Posted April 7, 2013 That wasn't the point. Mine was dewipered but due to the roads I use I wanted a rear wiper. Pretty much any arm will fit but the whole point was that I have converted the motor to stop at the bottom rather than the top. Quote
Arnold Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 I think Alan Arnold on here has the same setup Indeed I have, well remembered. Mine was done last September Quote
Matty2kn1 Posted April 7, 2013 Author Posted April 7, 2013 Not the easiest thing to do is it. Well not the was I did it anyway. Lol Quote

Arnold Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Not the easiest thing to do is it. Well not the was I did it anyway. Lol We had a few issues, it kept blowing fuses until some metal part was taken out. That yellow gunky stuff is pretty nasty too! Quote
Matty2kn1 Posted April 7, 2013 Author Posted April 7, 2013 I ended up doing it the mechanical way which defo didn't go well to start with Quote
Xpect Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 Well, why going on in mystery "oh it was hard to do". Just tell us: how did you do it exactly? Quote
Beastmode panda Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 That yellow gunky stuff is pretty nasty too! Hmm. Quote
daniel_g Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 Are blue peter still giving out those wee badges ? Haha. Kidding man, tidy job. Quote
Arnold Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 (edited) Hmm. It's a grease / lubricant liquid but it gets everywhere. I can't really tell you how it was done, as my mate did most of the work. He now works for Koenigsegg in Sweden so he could probably make another one, but charge about 10 grand for it Edited April 10, 2013 by Arnold Quote
