Gearbox driveshats removel

Is there a certain way of removing the drive shafts? are just pull them out like any other car? any pins holding them in?

Going to start pulling the 1.3 gearbox out for the 6 speed this week

3 bolts behind the brake disc u have to remove 1st,push down and they bolts will pop out of the holes,then thatl let u pop the drive shaft out of the box!

And on the gearbox end, no just the normal ring on the driveshaft that you need to pop the shaft out with, sometimes a small lever bar does the trick

The green cups, box side, often get stuck in the box and can be tricky to remove on the deck.

The snap ring in the box side usually needs a little encouragement, ps don't use a little claw hammer to do it ;-) lol

i used cro bar to remove my driveshaft cups (green ones)

they took 20 mins to get out even with alot of force .bastard things

Yea they take a bit of persuasion to get out but just be patient with it lol
