Anyone used nitromorse on alloy wheels

Started sanding down a set of wheels last night and to be honest gonna take me far too long

Was contemplating using nitromorse to help the process but have read some people say its ok others don't anyone tried this

Yes used it several times never had a problem. It can still take a while to get it off depending on what it's coated in. But definitely faster than sanding.

there is a few differint tyres you can get some are stronger than other can't remember which colour is best,I done it and it lifted the paint of in minutes

Green one is the one i used

That's cool just didn't want to put it on leave it for 10 and come out to find its eating away at the actual wheel

I've used it, struggled on the silver that my speedlines came in but aftermarket paint comes straight off.

Dont use a wire brush or anything silly to take it off (not saying you would but you kno) I've always used a pressure washer

Pressure washer is the best thing i've used. I tried green nitromorse on a rocker cover and it just turned the black paint grey and that was it lol.

Or for wheels id just take them straight to sandblasters, saves messing about.

Sand blasting - paid £20 for 4 wheels - job done!

Wheels need a lot of work after sand blasting tho unless your gunna powder coat them I don't recommend sand blasting

Too late the nitro morse has been used anyway and done a cracking job thanks for the help though just used standard green nitro and brushed it on left it for 10 and the paint was no more
