jellybaby
Still got this issue, drivers engine mount had had it and I thought it was that, replaced all with powerflex and still the sameI've noticed if I kinda lurch the car forward a couple of feet or so then harshly brake it will do it both on the harsh set off and when I break to a stop?Have you checked the exhaust mounts for worn or split ? As that can make a knock I had it on my v

rmsnoel
If it didmt do it before you changed the engine mounts I would take another look at them and the rear mount to gearbox bolts

Spoon_tuned
where the wishbone bolts to the chassis check that nut as they tend to come loose and sometimes when trying to tighten them back up they just spin
