They have no record of it wtf!!!100 % done it. They past the debt on to an agency just rang em up and the cocky snotty women was acting a right dick!!! Give them a call and request a Data Subject Access Request, Vodaphone will need to send you all the information which they hold about you. If they are unable to do that, the are in breach of the Data Protect Act and I am sure that their fine will be of greater value than the money which you 'owe'.
