Painted my intake and exhaust heat shield with "Hammerite High Temp Paint" from Halfrauds. However it gives a matt finish:

BBQ paint should also do the job :thumbsup: Think it might be gloss? not sure

You can get different colours ;) lol

There's a guy in the other thread asking about this and someone BBQ painted there's over a year ago and it's still going strong...

Im the the guy lol... We used in on my mates civic turbo and its still looking good. The car only comes out on a dry weekend so its not a daily

I fit log burner fires and we use hi temp stove paint, good upto something like 600 degrees cheap aswell and stoves burn higher than bbqs and it's also easy to spray http://bit.ly/S3plTO

Exhaust manifold gets upto 900 degrees though.

I've used a few "high temp" paints and none last forever, as above if you want a good coating ceramic will be the best.
