Oil Cooler for a N/a

As above people, seen a Earls oil cooler on eBay looked good!

Would this work with a N/a or would it cool the oil to much? Any help much appreciated,

Use a thermostat and it will be perfect

I only need one on track....once i had nearly 130°c

now i got a 10cmx30cm one without thermostat but with a windshield when it is not needed

just recently fitted oil cooler on turbo starlet mine as a prep for any track day i do

as it stands atm it cools oil wayyyy to much even when half covered !!!

mines fully covered and is just about acceptable now.

Well, if you have a thermostat you dont need to worry about covering it and if the case ever arose where the oil did get too hot, the thermostat would open and cool it down for you

At what temperature should the thermostat open? What temp would be good for turbo and what for na Starlet?

You need it to open around 85- 90 degrees

Seew I've read that 70 degrees to 80 degrees is optimal for the n/a so most of the oil coolers would be good with a thermostat because they open at 80
